Hippy Hippy Shakes.

(Tuesday 20 January 2015) by Rick Clot
It's 2:00 AM and I sit here at this computer recalling the events of a few hours ago and wondering exactly what was happening to me. Last night I had dinner with nothing unusual or out of the ordinary about it. I had a reasonable amount of food at a reasonable hour. Everything tasted good but shortly thereafter I developed a case of the chills so I retired to my normal position in my recliner and covered up with a blanket. As usual, it didn't take long for sleep to catch up with me. I woke up three hours later and decided to sit at the computer for awhile to check emails before going to bed. All of a sudden a wave came over me of non stop yawning accompanied by a case of violent, uncontrollable shaking. Now I'm not talking about little tics and twitches here. These were shakes so pronounced that it made changing clothes a major project. This has never happened to me before. I'm not sure what caused this condition but I suspect I'm getting ready for another bout with a kidney stone. After managing to get into pajamas, which was no easy task, I went to bed wearing a long sleeve shirt, socks and the electric blanket cranked up to 10. After that proved fruitless, I got up and took a hot shower and went back to bed. After awhile I nodded off to sleep but only for about an hour. So here I am back at the computer logging this post and hoping sleep will show up again soon. I'm supposed to play a softball game in six hours. That ought to be a joy.

Until Next Time,
Shakin' it up here boss,
