Chicken With Stuffing! Yummo

Yesterday I stumbled across a You Tube video on how to cook chicken breasts in the crock pot using only three other ingredients besides the breasts. It required a box of Stove Top stuffing, a can of cream of mushroom soup and some chicken broth. I'll make anything if it calls for stuffing even a stuffed roasted rat's ass. Everything turned out delicious except the stuffing was a bit too moist. That was due to the fact that even though I used all the right ingredients, I added them in the wrong order. I added the chicken broth to the stuffing instead of pouring it over the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. A mistake I won't make the next time. But still everything came out good and even though the stuffing was a bit soggy it didn't bother me any since I'll eat stuffing through a straw if I have to. I've been known to eat stuffing sandwiches with a side dish of stuffing the day after Thanksgiving. Anyway, the recipe is as follows: Place breasts in crock pot and salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1/2 c. chicken broth over breasts. In a separate bowl mix together stuffing, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. water. Pour over breasts and spread evenly to cover. Cook on high four hours and voila, moist and tender chicken breasts with stuffing. You're welcome.
